Considering how many harmonica players are out there, I'm going to go with 'the wrong one'.

4 draw - hands down. It's the first note every wanna-be harp player learns to bend because it's the one that makes the "waaaaaaahh" sound. Every TV show or movie that had crappy harmonica noises in the background always had that note in there.
Every bad harp player I've ever heard in my life just grabs that 4 draw (or a mushy mix of 4 and 5 draw) and hangs there like their life depends on it.

I'd say the most used note of all time is probably "C". Because almost every harmonica player in the world on any type of harmonica usually starts learning on an instrument in the key of C . Regardless of musical styles, they almost always learn to play single blow notes first and to play the major scale when learning single notes.

Could it be the 13th note? When to play 'silence' is often tricky.
