I was pulling outta my driveway this morning, radio tuned in to the Bob & Tom Show, and this crazy little bluesy ditty starts playing with the usual giggles from Bob, Tom, Christy, Chick and the gang. I'd never heard of Paul Thorn before. Come to find out later today that he's been an opener for several names like Huey Lewis, Sting, John Prine, Mark Knopfler, and Robert Cray.

Paul Thorn is awesome! I have seen him several times and own several of his CD's. He is one of my favorite singer songwriters at this juncture.

Paul is well known to the blues lovers in the south. Look for a version by Tim Wilson.

Apparently, he's going to appear at the Peoria River Blues Festival next weekend just an hour or so north of me.....I may just make a little excursion.
