I am restoring an old juke box and I am curious if any of you have any or know where I might find some Blues 45's?

I'd buy a "Lot" off of EBay. Easy. I have a great collection and would even sell but I probably want too much $ for them. The juke box restoration sounds like a great idea.

Also, you don't need excellent copies -you want the ones with rough labels but decent grooves. They should be cheap. If you found the right dealer he/she should be able to give you a good deal on 25-50 of them. They can't usually move them (although that's just a guess on my part).

I once was offered 3 boxes of 70's era vinyl at a garage sale. I passed on it because I didn't have a record player or the room for that many records. (It was the 'good stuff' too, CCR and such, not Disco.)

The lady was going to throw them out if I didn't take them, but I convinced her to take them to the local vintage record store. If she hadn't agreed to that, I would have felt compelled to take them there myself.
