recorded with a small magnatone amp the volume is set so low you can not hear it "while being recorded" the crystal mic is old and worn out i used a condenser "go" mic draped over the front of the amp i have itunes playing thru cheap alesis monitor speakers the go mic is draped over the amp, but pointed in the opposite direction this is a personal favorite, butterfield tune.. i like it cause their is no harmonica on the original

Go a little less edgy on the harp. The call and response w/ the vocal is very butterfield. ---------- MP affordable reed replacement and repairs.

I used to play this song to. You got the Butterfield feel. I would play a few less notes at the end of the phrase to hold a note with vibrato.
My Alesis M1Acive monitor were 300 buck for the pair 5 years ago.

ok that was a pathetic attempt as a recording engineer i was trying to use what i have available. recording the backing track and an amped harp with one mic, is not the way to go lol. let's see if i can figure out audacity, i'll drop the tracks in there and over dub the harp. the speakers are alesis elavate 3 i bought them at dealer cost $50.00 they do not compare to the alesis M1 not at all thanks for listening, let's see if i can clean that up a bit may take a week or two
