Just found this site with some amazing tips I have never heard before. Example: to learn scales quickly and easily start with the hardest 2 scales (f# and d-flat) and everything is down hill easy from there. Love it! Check it out.

I've been good... Plugging away at music, but been "distracted" by real employment (I just finished my PhD and am now a "real" scientist)... I too have been less active, but do lurk quite a bit. I think a lot of us MBH old-timers have retreated a bit from posting a lot. I think we are all now far enough along to be wanting to spend our time playing instead of typeing, LOL!
Take care, and glad to hear you are still blowin' harp! ----------

this web page is very informative, how ever there are a few questions i have for example, the article on how to practice scales for speed it says to focus on only two keys Db and f# not sure if there is any advantage to doing so on harmonica? ---------- third times a charm!
