Awesome playing, a great tune, and thanks a million for the lesson, and especially for providing the back-up track.

I'm gonna try to learn this one!

That was a terrific straight forward lesson, you have astute teaching prowess... thank you for helping us examine this tune :)

You should share that lesson on harp-l too?

Thank you all for attention and kind comments. Now I figured out that "b" and "d" not so comfortable to read in tabs. :)
Frank, could I ask you to do it for me, please. I read harp-l for long time but never posted there any comment or link. I just don't know how to do this :)

That's a lot of work you've done there Wheel. Thanks for taking the time and sharing. Nice find on the 3rd position no bends version by the way.

Thanks for this, Wheel!

Would you mind reposting the chord chart here? I can't make out all the chords on YouTube.

Thanks again, wheel. Are the slashes (for example, Ab7/9/13) indicating bass notes or optional extensions?

timeistight, slashes are indicating bass notes here but I used this chord like Ab7 :)

Thanks for your version & tabs Wheel. Not to detract from all you have done, some players may want the RHYTHM as well as the notes. It makes it MUCH easier to play. I have appended same to my web page at the bottom of my examples (after my last February of Eleanor Rigby).

My ear is a bit rusty so some I am not too sure about a couple items but I managed to get it all into the 12 bars of each verse. Wish I was better but the ear gets better with use.
I would have posted same here but an issue per underlining prevented from doing so easily. The Deb has some real interesting rhythms and by showing in the tab, makes one a bit more aware of this.

(see last example there)

Yeah, I agree, I detest the b and d in the tabs too. Annoying things. I suggest at least removing the d and then we all would assume them to be draws is my partial answer. I really like underlining just the blows as then the notation is so much more compact and allows for a number of other possibilities per chording, rhythm, transpositions, etc.(see the web page).

Once it has been transcribed like I have it there, a touch of a button would give you how it would be played in any other position or harp or octave.
