I agree with D about the George Smith tonal qualities. As Puri mentions I can hear Guyger in there too, plus I love that little nod to Carey Bell around the 2:30 mark. Some seriously good stuff going on in that tune.
The story could be quite simple I guess. The man have to do jogging, but hate to do it every day.(As most of us ;) ) He record slow sad blues and add pictures where he run. Right?
