I'd just like to send well wishes to everyone in Boston. I've got friends and family out that way. And I have a friend who failed to qualify for the marathon. Best wishes to everyone.

So sad. My heart goes out to those affected.

I will echo the best wishes sentiment.
It's inconceivable to me that someone who would lay claim to being a human being could do something like this to their fellow man. Kill and maim perfect strangers (including an 8 year old kid who was there watching his father run in the race) for absolutely no reason. I hope there is a special place in hell for the individual(s) responsible for this.
The individual(s) responsible for this is lower than the lowest form of life on this planet.
Man's inhumanity to man.
Sad, sad, sad day in Boston. Dark, dark, dark.

I am from Boston, two of my schoolmates were there at the finish line, I now live in North Carolina but my heart and prayers go out to my fellow Bostonians

@Blowin Owen--hmmm, any chance you and yours hail from Revere? If so, send regards from cousin Mark to your mom. And Boston will get through this!
