1. Playing Blues doesn’t rot your teeth
2. Random ladies don’t smile at you when they see you working your way through an Easter Egg
3. You don’t feel afraid to step on the scales after you’ve smashed a Blues number
4. People don’t dance when they see you eating a Mars Bar
5. You can share the Blues and everybody gets some
6. You can have an accident playing the Blues and it won’t stain your shirt
7. You don’t feel stuffed after 16 bars of Blues
8. You don’t have to worry about whether the licks are sourced ethically when you’re playing the Blues -- it is a given that they are acquired in an underhanded manner

Yeah, but if I've been standing in the sun eating Crunchies for an hour I'm in a pretty happy place. I'm not all that blue.
My diet is still doing okay, except tonight I forgot to stop to pick up more yogurt, so I'm having chocolate and peanut butter.
