Hi harmonica addicted colleges ;),
say it's rather easy to strip vocal using one of the filters of Adobe Audition. It's not perfect, but OK. Sometimes playalong which you need not even exist and ...
Is the anyway to do it for harmonica? Is the any good examples in you experience?

Probably not possible unless the harp is panned dead center, and other instruments are panned wide enough that the "center cancel" trick works (which is what that filter you are talking about does). I think it is MUCH more rare to have that situation for an instrumental lead than it is for vocals... But, try it and see! ----------

I agree with Isaac, it's rare that even the voice is satisfactorily removed from modern recorded music. I've also tried on older harp music with little to no success.
