I haven't, but I know a couple of (guitarist) friends who have. That company was local (just down the street) from where I used to live in AZ. They are a good company and stand by their products. I can't tell you how any of their amp kits sound for harp, though! ----------

Looks like a good, straightforward 5F1 champ kit. Few pitfalls for a novice. I wouldn't be put off by the PCB, be sure to elevate the 470ohm 6V6 (pin 8)cathode resistor off the board & keep it away from the bypass cap (if used).
Harp players often like the 5F1 just as it comes, but if you wanted to tweak for harp, research mods & incorporate them at initial build, so you are not constantly modding the PCB.
