Yeah, we dig the Chicago sound all the way out here, too.
Me and MP are doin a dbl header tonight. He's got the Zoo Model One (2X12's) snake skin, and I got the Black Widow (super structure) with believe it or not...a Pignose 30/60. I am bringing the Philco Red Head, too....just incase. They are two different sounds. The Philco may prove to be the winner. We'll soon find out. The pignose is steady, and has the right tone. Lacks a little distortion. But acctually does well at higher volumes. So I'm hoping to get some break up out of it tonight. The venue is bigger...so I'll be free-er to jackit up some. Wahooo!

awesome night...the pig held down the set really well.
A nice rich round warm tone, with just the right "bite" when called for.
I didn't trip on any lyrics or harp parts, either.
Goooood fun.
And MP was flawless as usual. Great player.
Knows his forte well.
A pleasure to play with Mark and his Enablers...

don't know about flawless. MojoKanes Flat Five band kicked royal ass last night. Pissed me off.:)
