Joan Mallotides took some video of the second night at Terra Blues with a nicer video rig than I had for the first (the zoom q3hd is great, but has problems with low light, and it was *very* dark in there). hopefully more will surface.

speaking of which, if any of you going to jason's shows have a decent audio or video recorder, please bring it and record. i have a feeling this band will get better and better, and it'd be cool to see that progression. if you don't know what to do with the recordings, contact me and i can help, or process them for you.

hmmm, this IS different. Really Musical. The raw energy is restrained throughout -tasteful. The open mic solo was what I have wanted to hear for a long time. :) !!

it looks like they got the lighting right on thursday's show. on wednesday it was really dark, even for Terra. i was sitting a couple of tables from the stage and there were times that the only part of jason i could see was the back of his shirt.

Well that was really inspiring. Great band chemistry, great dynamics, great performance.

Jason has more game than ever before. Its a whole new world.

Thanks for capturing such good video and audio and for posting.

Wow awesome, nice guitar licks and very tasteful playing. Really like the vocals, nothing in the world like a tight band.... Sweet.. Thanks so much for posting this.

I'm just about to leave the house and see him at Martha's Midway in Mishawaka. I'm excited! This'll be my first JR show!

I agree. To my ears and heart, Jason has more soul and depth than I've ever heard from him. I trust that he is, indeed, and will continue to be, a "new man", all for the better. Bravo.

Love the merging of those tracks......and another excuse to take my Manji in E 'out for a run'! The wailing 9 blow Jason introduces these tracks with in an earlier performance just blew me away!......and this version has even more lustre!!
