Ok so I have always loved a good 18 watt amp but I am looking for something more. I want one of these amps or something similar. If you have one youd trade or sell let me know. I got mascos out the ass and others.
1. National Aztek with the 3 or 4 oval speakers 2. Danelectro Commando 3. Premier 88n 4. Premier 71 5. Other high powered national amps or dano or premier or whatever else you got. I am only interested in 50's or back but some early 60's stuff from danelectro is fine too. Please let me know. i have been looking for a screamin amp for outdoor stuff etc.. I am a big national amp fan so any big 50's nationals or valco id love.
I have a Commando, keeper. (Ok, a ridiculous offer might sway me) Check with Danny Hord in Louisville, has his own facebook fan club. Danny has a number of Premiers.

Commando is so absolutely badass. I have only ever seen one for sale and I was broke at the time.
Have you any experience with old gibson or maestro amps? The 4x8 maestro a buddy has is without a doubt one of the best vintage harp sounds I've ever heard.

You dis-included a manufacturer that I'm sure you're familiar with and respect: Magnatone... I have this amp, i.e., the literal amp reviewed is the one I own (purchased from Mark Grandfield in NYC). Since I have a powerful Kinder Soulful, two Premiers, and a small Magnatone this very loud tone monster is redundant so if you're interested Facebook (below) message me for my email: ---------- Facebook

bigd - I have never used a magi amp but my friend kenny dore uses them. my problem is they dont have to look for me i like the sweaty tweed look and they lean toward to standard box look. Sound great though
yes I love gibson amps i do i have a real nice 56 ga20t, never had a maestro amp but id imagine, same friend kenny dore has a carvin tweed from 50s with 6 6in speakers in it. I am open but like I said in last response i want that worn tweed look and a funky cabinet hence the national or dano call. Plus my number one guitar is a beat to shit old national cosmopolitan from 52
There was a Danelectro DS100 here in Springfield until recently. Try looking for one of those. Basically the same as a Silvertone 1485, 100w with trem, verb, and a 6X10 cabinet.
Another good Gibson to look for is the Medalist 4/10. Getting harder to find though. ----------
I have a Dano Maestro for sale that I purchased from Dennis Gruenling-single 12" Eminince-1953 with 2 6L6 Tung Sols,Triad 5AR4 rectifier,Tung-Sol and RCA preamp tubes. Tremelo works fantastic-4 inputs with seperate controls for A and B. Killer for harp with an AFB+-
