I am planning to buy a small, low cost valve amp. But which? Anyone familiar with the above sold by Harpelite?

I also have not seen or heard that amp. My recommendations would be:
-VHT Special 6 OR Classic 6 -Vintage Kalamazoo Model One OR Model Two -Chickenhead Amps 5F1 Little Juke -Epiphone Valve Junior or Valve Junior Hot Rod, though the Hot Rod isn't as moddable as the standard, and the Lone Wolf harp modifications are completely incompatible with it. All the Valve Jr variations are also getting harder to find since they've been discontinued. ----------

I don't know about that amp. Vht is getting all the recommendations. Its probably the way to go I see hawk eye has offered up the Epi Vj as an option IME that is not really a very good harp amp in stock form. I spent quite a while watching and participating in auctions before picking one up for $165. Compared to some other small amps I've used, its really fairly hard to love. it's good to modify though so if you're that way inclined...but you can get a new vht for not much more and less hassle I suspect. Incidentally, the first I heard/saw of vht was when the amp tech I deal with pointed it out. He was amazed at the price. Then he showed me some photos of the build and qualified his enthusiasm about the price by pointing out the sloppy work on show in the photo. It's a long time ago though and they seem to be holding up ok. ----------

@SuperBee
I agree that usually the EVJ is rather lackluster in stock form for harp. But with Lone Wolf or BitMo mods, they can be killer. The Hot Rod is a little more versatile with it's gain control and reverb, but the Hot Rod was Epiphone's answer to all the modding that was happening, and therefore, it's not easy to tweak. I almost bought one to experiment with. ----------
