I don't have pics handy, but I have:
Ultimate 57 (made from my very first mic I bought in 2002...I have played that mic for over a decade with only small ventures into other mics)
Wood Bullet from Greg Heumann
AKG D5
Fireball
Electro Voice RE10
Shure SM58
The only mics I ever bought and didn't keep are some vocal mic that was unbreakable or something, and this ugly military mic that sucked. I did get a bullet mic in trade that I sold to Greg H., but I never played it. ---------- Custom Harmonicas

Right now I have:
-Peavey H5-C Cherry Bomb -Astatic JT30RH reissue (currently awaiting a new MC-564-1 element to replace the Turner +2 element I accidentally ruined) -Modded Akai DM13 with volume knob -Shaker RetroRocket (dead element) -Ampex Model 1101 -Emerson M189 -Behringer dynamic vocal mic.
Only mic I've been rid of was a current issue BluesBlaster that the JT30RH replaced under warranty.
I have in my possession right now a Samson Stage 5 handheld wireless set that I got some good results out of testing last night. Debating whether to buy it off the guy....
The mic of my dreams that I aspire to own one day is one of Greg's custom wood bullets. ----------

I appreciate the coolness of many mics, and I know they all add a bit of something different to the mix, but I never really caught the mic fever like I did with amps. I don't think I've ever owned more that three at one time. Very cool collection you got there, JD.
Right now I play a 1959 Shure 440SL Silver Bullet with correct 99B86 element. I like it a lot. My other two mics are a CM bullet mic and a Front & Center wood mic.
I once had a Harmonica Honker. Remember those?

About 5 years ago, I became intrigued with vintage vocal mics. Scoured ebay for about a year. Tried to bid less than 41.00 on any mic, mostly succeeded. Bought a few duds, but scored some beauties too. Shure 55's, the Elvis mic, a few mint Johnny Cash mics, fat Elvis mics, a new super rare Billy Holiday mic, numerous Turners, all sorts of Shures and a few Astatics. None were bullet mics, all vocal mics. (Never found a deal on the Turner 34X, still looking for a nice one. ZZ Top made them too well known) Anyway, one day it occurred to me that they were all sitting on shelves, out of view, more than 60 mics. I started selling them all off. I saved a few, but sold the rest. I think I pretty much tripled my money on them. Interesting story, I got a call from Jerry Portnoy. He had seen some I had listed and wondered what I had left. He liked to display them at his studio. I made him a good deal on a couple of mint ones. Later, started buying bullets. Didn't buy more than a dozen, kept the best 4 or 5 and sold a few others, sme still on the shelf for paint or repair. I'll never get to them, probably should trade them off.

My humble group. The red JT has a weak turner crystal. The grey JT has a '59 99G86, and the 605 has a hot 99B86, I forget from when, early 70s I think. The 605 does the job for that loud rock gig I quit, the grey JT is a more interesting sound. Less bottom heavy, more even but lighter. And more responsive/sensitive to handling technique. I REALLY like mics, but I fight the impulse to buy them. It's one fight I'm mainly winning
