Hey everyone: I'll be in Washagoula WA/Portland OR. area for a while spending some time with my brother and his family. I'm taking a break from everything and wont be going out to clubs or anything but if there is someone near there who would like a lesson and some coffee in the next ten days I would definitely be into it. Also some of you might not know I was lucky enough to get back with Piedmont Talent again and wanted to post some initial tour dates here. This is nowhere near all of them so keep checking www.piedmonttalent.com for more dates from me, James Cotton, Johnny Winter, Canned Heat , Phil Wiggens, Anson Funderberg and other good bands. I am really blessed with amazing people yet again in my life, on and off the field. Thanks to Adam and everyone here for all the support and faith, there was a time not so long ago I never thought I would be able to post something like this. I have so much more good news I just cant say it yet but lets just say there are some very cool plans being made that could involve a lot of us together.I look forward to reconnecting with yall on the road here soon. Jason Ricci - Seen Jason in Cleveland too can't remember the bar but it was a very nice one...I've seen Jason a hand full of times since he exploded on to the scene :) First time me and a friend drove 2 hours, this was his first touring...there were 10 or 15 people there - Jason scared the living shit out of us with his scorching two fisted performance!!

Frank- I've only been to Wilbert's once(Codetalkers). Nice place,but I've heard they cut way back on the blues acts they book.

Jason, that's a fantastic list to be able to post. I know there are forum members who will support your return by showing up!
There is no Hill Country Harmonica in 2013, but I know that Jeff would agree with me: nothing would delight us more than to have Jason Ricci back at HCH 2014--to teach, play, hang out, and autograph lots of CDs.

@Philosofy: I'll be there at Martha's for sure... Probably be solo as the wife has to get up an work early the next day... If you do decide to go, let me know, and we can meet up (and perhaps also try to hang out with Jason after the show if he's got time!)...
