Does anyone here own any custom Marine Bands by Brad Harrison? I have 4 or 5,and they are really nice.
I wish Brad would resurface, and start customizing again.I had an order for 5 Brads only got 2,but I'm not crying,I think I could Ebay them get my money back and then some.

I have 3. One from Brad directly and two that Jason did some work on. All are precision playing machines. The Brad one in A is a beaut. I had it touched up by Richard Sleigh but it's in need of a reed fix or replacement. Not sure who I should approach to work on it but I as well would like to see Brad doing MB's again.
I was going to get another from him but he had switched to the B-rad so I ordered two of those, only ever got one. :(

I have 5. I've played them for years. Need to get the C worked on. Great harps. Beautiful, vibrant chords.
That said, I also really like a Marine Band Deluxe or a Crossover.

@blueharper - it was my go-to jammin' A harp for several years. A reed went flat. A different reed now needs attention. (I got a really nice MB crossover that was tuned by our own kevin baker that is filling in brilliantly until I figure out what to do)

I was Brad's first customer when he went live with the website that sold GM's and MB's prior to the B-rad. I have an A and F GM (I had a D that was stolen). I may put the B-rad and F up on ebay some day to finance some new GMs as I had a bunch ripped off recently..Brad was always a real decent guy to me..Happy holidays. d

I remember that hvyj had a whole set of harps stolen - all Buddha harps. His case was near a door and while he was on stage, someone walked in and grabbed them.

That's an expensive lesson :( What's the moral to the story?
