I checked out the link for the mic you are interested in and although expensive, the mic looks to be well made. For $159 you may want to shop around some. It is possible to get a really good harp mic for less. One thing about the Bluexlab mic that would deter me is the fact that it is a crystal mic and I prefer dynamic mics. For some this may be a selling point. Over the years I have owned and still do, many different mics. Each one, I have found, has its own voice, and with different amps even more so. I have also built many mics using cheap elements that were fun to play with but never really held a candle to a mic with a good element in it. Building your own mics in my opinion is a good thing to do because it gives you and understanding of mics in general, keeps you off the street, and will allow you to do repairs on your own equipment. So if you want to save money, make your own. If you are in a search for a sound you want, be prepared to spend a few bucks and have more than one mic. I also think that when spending a lot of cash on a mic such as the one you are considering, you should rely not so much on a video, but be able to test it yourself on your own amp. Good luck in your search
