Hey. Check out these places:
http://www.aintnothinbut.co.uk – Jam night on Monday but I think you'll miss it.
http://www.theblueskitchen.com/ - I think their Jam night is Sunday.
Both of these place have live music every night, Ain't Nothin' but is strictly blues music, The Blues Kitchen is blues and roots stuff.
Also check out Sam's Jam at the Ally Cat on Wednesday's – Great musicians and probably the best jam in London. – http://www.alleycatbar.co.uk/events/blues-jam-with-sam-hare-12/

No worries. Also I forgot about this place. Jazz and Blues bar – http://www.roundmidnightbar.com/
I think they run their blues Jam on Tuesdays but there isn't anything listed on Tuesday 20th yet.
Haven't been here for a couple of years so not sure what it like. Lots of other live music on there though.

Thank's for the additional info. Wednesday evening might be a bit tight for me but let's see.
I was able to attend a very good jam session here two weeks ago. It was kind of a "by invitation only" jam night happening in one guys garage near Oulu where I live. The atmosphere was great and it was all about jamming. Trying to listen carefully for the others and contribute together. No others goals or purposes but just to play together with bunch of people, most of who didn't no each others. And amazing singer was leading the show...
