After building myself a "doohickey" that attaches to my mic stand and allows me to keep my diatonic harmonicas at easy access, it has been suggested that I make some more to offer for sale, thus, I'm needing feedback as to how many harps you guys would want to have such a device give you access to...my parsonal one holds 5 (A, C, D, E, and G), and could hold 6, but I'm wondering if I should make it large enough to allow easy access more harps (like 12, one for each key), or would it be better to make two or more sizes, and if so, what sizes would be best?
So, again, what I'd like to know is how many harps you guys would want to have, at your fingertips, but out of your way until you're ready to grab one?
And thanks for your thoughts on this matter!

I'd want at least 12, but right now I'm leaning more towards lots of pockets in my own harp carrying practices. :)

Personally I always carry 14, all 12 keys with a couple of low tuned ones too. I currently carry them in 2 cases which hold 7 each. For ease I tend to keep all the harps which cover the non sharp and flat keys in second position in one (G,A,Bb,C,D,E,F – This covers me for most jams etc and also covers most 3rd position requirements too) and the rest of the harps in the other.
So I'd want at least 7 slots. But possibly 12.

I suppose the questions I would have would be:
What does it look like?
How does it work?
Can I see it in action?
Can you effectively switch keys during a song, or is this just to have all of your keys available when you switch songs?
Or is this just a harmonica tray?
