Very Sweet version indeed. Love the groove and love that the singer is imparting his own style on the classic. The harp playing is spot on. Great third position on the opening then the switch to second for the leads later on and back to third for the second 'ride' on the lead and close . I do the same but tend to stick to second for all the leads as [unlike Dennis here] I'm still stronger in second than I am in third.

Is that an old Gibson - or a Gibson clone?

Please I beg your forgiveness but Dennis who? The only harp Dennis I know is Greunlin (sp) and the hair's too short for him.

bigd Dennis Moriarty!
I like the big ears on stage here. Lots of communication, signals, etc. and everyone is watching.

Dennis is a New Yorker. A very controlled player, excellent tone. I sent him a custom harp case a few years back when his broke. I agree with the title, one of the best versions I've heard.

Thanks: I kind of live in that club ever since Nick Ashford (RIP) of Ashford & Simpson adopted me. Scout (the singer) just dropped by at my invitation when my band was playing so it was all spontaneous. Indeed it's a Premier club with the 15'' shoved into a smaller cabinet. The stage is like a pizza oven...My best. d
