The Muddy Waters standard. This version is (loosely) based on Adam's lesson available here (not the mojo 1.0 version, though) and that, in turn, is based on Kim Wilson's "Ludella" version.
Vocals by Tommy the Hat. Harp by me. Backing track by Lawrence Fritts.
I play a Hohner marine band deluxe in Bb second position key of F. Mic: shure sm 57 to an ampkitlink connector by peavey to my Iphone 4s. Iphone software: ampkit. Mixed in audacity. Tommy sings into a Shure sm58.
Thank you Adam for all nice lessons here and on youtube! This lesson really forced my to develop some chops! Yes I cut some corners... Did what I had to to make it sound ok but I'm actually fairly pleased with the outcome of our little project. I really like Tommy's singing!
Any and all critique on my playing is welcome! Enjoy!
I'd like to thank Pistolcat for the work he put into this. I really suck at recording and even more at mixing. He walked me through most of it and he edited the video and put it all together. I think he did a great job on the harp also. He really kicked it up a notch on that second solo which was exactly what I hoped he'd do. I guess if you're feelin' it it just happens....right? Yea man!
Thank you libertad! Internet is indeed wonderful and this forum is such a positive and fertile place, IMHO. Where good vibes and serendipity let two very different guys, with different age, from different parts of the world create... well something!
Just go!
Thanks Frank! Glad you liked it! ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

I especially liked the fact that with those headphones on Tommy looks like Spocks Evil twin!,the vocal was really good by the way,Long Live the interweb.
