Can anyone recommend a couple of songs that suit solo harmonica with or without vocals, similar to bye bye bird perhaps or not.
Im trying to get a few songs so I can start performing at the odd open mic.
Cheers for any thoughts.

Personally, I'm trying to come up with enough variations to play 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' into a 2-3 minute song. I've got some cords, some sloppy bends, some tongue block octaves and a clean solo going at the top of the harp. I kind of like the idea of taking a song no one would expect to hear as a blues song and turning it into one, but maybe that's just my sense of humor. I also get all angry when they say 'cool, twinkle twinkle'. I say 'How can you not tell that was supposed to be the ABC's Song.'
