I'm not sure what version it is specifically, but here is the song-

http://lyricskeeper.fr/fr/buddy-guy/five-long-years.html

I see Buddy linked to a bunch of famous harp players, Junior Wells, Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf...

Hmm, little Googling and there are a bunch of versions of Buddy playing it with Junior Wells, but I haven't been able to track down that specific version.

edit- but looking down in the comments on YouTube, they seem to have already figured out that much. :(

I had a scan through the Amazon downloads, I couldn't find it. In the UK on these dancing shows they usually have a house band playing all the no's, do they not do the same in the US?

Good challenge! As several folks have suggested, the song is a classic and has been covered by many--dozens of well-known blues artists and, as I discovered when I power-searched YouTube just now, dozens of unknowns and relative unknowns. I went through them all. This particular recording doesn't show up.

I don't believe that the two dancers originally danced to this track. I believe that the video uploader added the track during the video editing process.

Tom Ball and Kenny Sultan recorded "Five Long Years" for an album called CONFUSION in 1981. I wonder if this is them?

The name of this tune is a classic called "Five Long Years," that was written and recorded first by Chicago blues pianist Eddie Boyd, who also wrote another tune that has been covered by many different artists called "Third Degree." Junior Parker also covered this tune as well.

I think the OP was asking not for the name of the song--since that was provided in the "more info" line below the video--but for the singer and harp player on this particular recording of the song. At least that's what I assumed. (Heck, I assumed that everybody knew "Five Long Years" by Eddie Boyd. But maybe they don't.)

Anyway, I'd be very interested in knowing who the harmonica player is. I don't recognize the style.
