i have been looking around for any harp outlets that sell reeds and smallnuts and bolts instead of using rivets anyone know of any suppliers in the uk.i have replaced them with rivets using old spare parts but running out of spares

Try www.harponline.de. Although thay are a german company they ship to the uk and I can vouch they are a good company
with a very quick delivery time.

I use 10BA brass screws and sometimes nuts. Widely available
on Ebay. Be aware that most wooden combs do not have room to use a nut on the screw. In these instances you will have to tap a thread into the reedplate and then cut the screw flush on the underside. You can also get the taps on ebay.
