I went to see a gig the other night, a guy called Passenger. One of the support acts was another guy called Stu Larsen, he was on his own but said he normally played with a harmonica player.

Naturally curious about harmonica players I went to youtube to look him up. I found this video featuring a player called Natsuki Kurai. To my ear he is a tremendously skillful, subtle and sensitive player. I did search and pretty much the only other videos which are on youtube are him playing with Stu Larsen. Anyone heard of this guy before?

The harp in the 2nd video is really something special. What beautiful playing on a country-tuned harp in G! It's a shame that this thread hasn't gotten more attention than it has. This guy is a very melodic player.

I agree with Todd here, this guy playing is very very melodical and smooth! Solo starting at 3:30 in 2nd video is very good !

Really nice playing! And more than "just a player" it has really beautiful musical ideas and feelings that just comes through! Great!
