Tooka, he seems to be trying to set a record for longest continuous broadcast. The sign in the background indicate he's up to 94 hours without sleep.
My senior year I had a 26 hour stretch that included the premier of the Dick Tracy movie, take the SAT's and seeing the road production Cats. I still don't remember much about the movie, the tests or the musical. I did alright on the tests, but that was in the middle before the sleep deprivation kicked in. I've been told that I was probably better off forgetting Dick Tracy. :)
