Jason can run up and down, stop, hold notes.. just really wring the feeling out of every note.. one of the best if not the best in the world. Critics don't like the playing fast, but it is fast with a purpose, not flash. Notice he is running off riffs at the same speed as what would be considered a good strong guitar player.. but not too flashy.. he is just playing the music with a vengeance, and then holding on to savor the moment..
and he is worried about losing his hotel room and if he can get up at a gig the next night?
great to hear him putting out the music, for sure, hope it keeps on going.
