Joe Spiers and Dave Payne have both stated on this forum that they signed non-disclosure agreements.

HK, No worries, thanks for the clarification.

MVl, what HK wrote, was that "no non-disclosure agreements were established with the endorsers", not employees or subcontractors. People who endorse products typically aren't subject to the same sorts of non-disclosure contracts as employees and sub-contractors who may have detailed specific knowledge deemed proprietary etc. Unless I have misunderstood, Joe was a subcontractor and David was an employee or subcontractor, neither were endorsers per se.

"A bunch of non-disclosure agreements" when they were hired on.

@LSB

Exactly the point - Brandon as an endorser is not going to be party to much in the way of info about the company's business dealings. No disrespect to him at all. An endorser isn't really a company contact. I doubt Hohner give Adam detailed account info and business plans - just slightly cheaper harps and a named contact to speak to at the company.

Those who were in the know have been gagged. The whole exercise is a little futile. No new information is going to come to light until a legal decision elsewhere over-rules those non-disclosure agreements. And that isn't going to happen on an internet forum or by email.

MVL, we are obviously misunderstanding one another, but its not worth debating here.

As for whether or not people who signed non-disclosure agreements will or won't talk, and when/where that will happen - Human behavior is quite variable, no one can predict with significant certainty what people will do. That's the nature of the beast.

Oooooooooookay...

I have finally gotten a response from the AG's office.

As many of you have surmised in this thread alone, as of right now, there is no sight of any possible refunds. The contact at the AG's office said Harrison's company pretty much disappeared overnight, and the case is currently stalled. He went on to say that right now, the only way refunds might be possible is if the rumors of a take-over company are true, and they would then take responsibility for the financial issues. (Who in their right mind?) He did say that if any other developments arise, I would be informed.

Obviously, this is a confirmation of what a lot of you have been saying all along. As of now, I consider my part of this shot in the dark to be done. IF...*IF*....any other information is relayed to me that seems halfway relevant, I will let you know.
