Can anyone recommend a harmonica customizer who works on the Seydel 1847s. Preferably someone with whom you have personal experience. I'm looking for basic blues setups. I find these great out of the box but it seems like, as with guitars, even a great one could benefit from a good pro set up.

Joe, Dave, an John Harl are all great picks. I've done quite a few overblow setups for pro players too. I have an excellnt deal on a low F 1847 Noble that can be set up for your needs and shipped within a week. ---------- Mike Quicksilver Custom Harmonicas VHT Special 6 Mods

All the people that are mentioned are definitely good picks.
I would like to throw in Jim. Have a Seydel 1847 from him and must say that it plays absolutely great. http://www.truechromatic.com/

Thanks all. I've decided to go with Greg Jones at 1623 Harmonicas. He's just down the road in San Antonio and appears to be the most familiar with Seydel. ---------- LSC

If you haven't, you might try a out of the box Noble. ----------
