This afternoon I got a call for Ron asking me how I liked the harp racks I bought from him. I bought 4 of the $8 new york pro model. It is an entry level rack, the same one you will see on old bob dylan/jimmy reed album covers. I started with this style rack and have gone through many higher priced ones and have kept coming back to this entry level model. Long story short, the batch he sent have a defect in the way the holes are drilled in the plate that holds the harps. He was concerned enough to ask me how he could make things right and offered to send 4 new ones from a new batch that came in. I told him I have no complaints and was just going to eat the money and monkey with them to see if I could get them working right. He wouldn't settle for this. He insisted on doing something so I suggested sending a harp. A big river is en route. I will continue to buy all my harps from Ron. We need to keep supporting places like this where the owner is a real person that is client focused. 5 stars for Rockin Rons Music! Walter

I second that Walter. I have a Guitar Center about 15 minutes from my home where I can easily drive over to and purchase my harps. I always choose to order from Ron instead just to support him because he does such a great job. ---------- Tommy

And you could be just Joe Public buying your first 15 dollar harp an he'll give you the same personal service.
I think he must work 18 hours a day.

He sure is nice to me on the phone--he told me he was at the Howard Levy lecture/performance too, but we didn't see each other.

I have bought most of my harps from Ron. He is great to deal with and none of the local music stores come anywhere close to his in stock selection.
