This is an article from early last year in my local newspaper. Completely forgot about it until someone emailed me about finding it in the archives yesterday. It was really a well written expose for a town not all that saturated in blues harp.

Great article, makes a lot of sense and in a way i'm glad its somewhat an obscure instrument, any good player playing when he's supposed to and not all over the place is very important, one good note is better than 100 crappy one's.

Yeah...

Joe, what may have happened is this...

The newspaper business has probably been the hardest hit industry by the advent of the internet news world. So to counter this, the SJ-R, and several other newspapers are beginning to charge a fee for usage of their websites to view articles now. Dog eat dog world out there...
