This past spring I met Eurice Cummings at one of his father Blind Mississippi Morris (Cummings)'s gigs at Roosters in Oxford, MS. We stood out on the porch and he did some beat-box stuff for me as I held up my camera. I've been sitting on it.

This evening I searched YouTube and found a wonderful just-uploaded clip from somebody else. Stuff this down-home, real, and good doesn't show up often enough on YT, but here it is. Whaddya say we invite these guys to Hill Country Harmonica?:

There's a niche market for this, hip hop is the new R&B in some form or another, teach a hip hopper how to harp and anything could happen, interesting and has good possibilities. i'm friends with a member of "Bliss n Eso" down under who completed a whirlwind tour of USA about 6 months ago, i'll mention this to him also.

I like the crossover stuff. It was too bad about Bad News Brown.

That was great. I've never seen Morris before, and I love him!
