Hello everybody! :)
Some days ago I was trying to play jazz on diatonic harmonica :) I'm not a pro in this and it was a challenge :) So this is my video

Hope you like it :)

Nice Job.
Lee Oskar does a great version of this as well on "Mark Hummel's Blues Harmonica Blowouts: Still Here and Gone"

Hummel does it as well, I forget the album. There was a great quote about if you are serious about music, study Ellintgton.

Greyowlphotoart, thanks a lot!
Rhartt1234, thank you! Lee Oskar also did it on his Those Sunny Days album too.
Michael Rubin, yes he played it on chromatic on "Low Down To Uptown" album. Great version!

Forgot to say, that my favourite version of this tune on harmonica is Jelly Roll Johnson's from "Songs from the record world" album.

i fool with this song on diatonic also. it's a great tune! good effort wheel!
it sounds to me that with enough playing time put into this number you'll eventually 'own it'.
i 'cheat' on this number. i'll switch from a Bb to a B harp and back again for a section.

Thank you for comment MP! I played this tune so many times until it became part of me :) Then I tried to do little impro and variations on some phrases. I recommend you to try Ab harmonica it's very useful for this melody
