Really nice looking harps, they look a lot like Brodur Harmonica. It would of been nice to have a sound sample. ---------- Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent. Isaac Asimov
I've wondered about the size of the air chambers. I'd think you might be balancing response vs. volume, but that's based on some very underwhelming knowledge of acoustics on my part. It seems the ultimate refinement in this direction would be to cut the reed slots on the comb to the same width as the reed plate reed slots. Maybe someone could even mount reeds directly to a metal comb.
Gee Todd, that second video......just makes me wanna...... And I thought you weren't a Seydel guy! How could you not after just looking at those 1847s.............I feel like Homer drooling..... ---------- Rubes's band DadsinSpace-MySpace
@Rubes - Lol! Yes, I know... they are beautiful, aren't they? Not a Seydel fan, but those really are nice looking, especially with the silver reed plates - makes 'em even prettier.
I posted this one in another thread a while back:
I love that 2nd harp - would love something like that with Special 20 covers.
