Without wishing to stir up a whole controversy and yet another Harrison thread- I read this before when it was posted as a link. Frankly I think it's pretty sloppy journalism to use subjective and loaded phrases like "ripped off".
Say what you like about Harrison and the business model he adopted, but he never set out with the intention of ending up where he and his company are. He failed as a businessman, he failed to communicate with his customers, but he never set out to intentionally deceive or con anyone. He didn't rip anyone off.
I hope those who lost money are compensated or even better get their harps under the new management. Brad's been through enough though and doesn't need to be labelled as a con artist as well.

Well said MrVLUN.
edit: Figuring out how to get your money back is useful information. I know lots of people get worked up on this topic. Let's just keep it to how to get your money back and keep it civil.
Thanks in advance everyone.

I'm still giving Harrison the benefit of the doubt. I know he tried.
The rumored restructuring that advocates like 'Iceman' and Ricci's No 1 fan 'Elizabeth' tout as some great ethically shrouded mystery with quotes like "things are happening, but I'm not at liberty to say", which is pure crap to me. But I digress.
Since the announcement of a takeover and/or change of hands, my three emails requesting a situation report have gone silently unanswered.
In spite of the poor customer communication during what was clearly a stressful time to be in his shoes, I'm optimistically allowing the new structure to run it's course before I go against everything I stand for and get the Gummint involved.
Following that noble declaration, I will say that in approximately 60 days I will have reached the 3 year anniversary of full payment for two harps, and receipt of only one with glorious and strung out promises of shipment of the next one "very soon". (Sidebar: I am reminded of the classic Tom Hanks movie "The Money Pit" in which the contractor cheerfully tells him "two weeks" every time he asks how much longer).
That symbolic 3 year anniversary will trigger a whole different view on this whole sordid saga.
Stay tuned
