Hey there! I stumbled on this video googling for our name, and I'd like to thank you for sharing. I'm the guitarist here, but I'm also an harmonica and bass player from Italy. This was one of our first shot for an online contest; right now we are performing and recording as a duo, called Light Chili; you may be interested in seeing something new, if so you can check this video and other stuff from our YT channels.

Other of our projects:

Bad Chili, Heavy Blues Band

Light Chili, electro-acoustic Blues duo

Fabrizio Canale, One Man Band Blues

Once again, thanks and have a great karma!

Hey Fabrizio! I'm actually friends with both you and Domenico on facebook. Yeah, you guys' version of Mellow Down Easy is kickin pal! BTW, what kind of resonator is that you're picking in the video?

Thank you man! :) Don't really know about know about the resonator, I bought it on ebay from a bulk shop and couldn't say anything about the brand. It's a cheap one actually, but I made lots of modifications, adding a quite nice pickup for dobros found in London some years ago. Electrified it plays well, above all if you manage to saturate, because it needs drive.

I gotcha. It sounds very sweet in any case.

BTW, can you tell me a little bit about what Dom's doing in that video? To me it sounds like he's playing a D in 2nd position. And what kind of Green Bullet was he using? Something with a vintage element perhaps?

I really like the way this recording sounds to be honest with you. Closing my eyes, it almost sounds like an old vinyl!
