I have a very large collection of blues LPs and pulled out this one today and put it on my turntable-wolf was backed by eric clapton, stevie winwood, charlie watts and bill wyman who according to eric were skinny little brits very intimidated by this very large blues vet-I highly recommend getting this on CD but then again loved the wolf so Im very biased

I've been looking for some blues LP's, but the closest I have gotten is Bo Diddley. Not really what I like, but, meh.

I guess I better keep checking the thrift stores...

I laugh every time I listen and hear Clapton try to convince him to play it on guitar. That syncopation reminds me of the late Yank Rachels version.

It's a great cd I picked it up in an HMV in the uk but I see iTunes has it available too.

It's a compilation collected from a couple of albums. The Muddy cuts are from Fathers & Sons. If my memory is correct, the Wolf stuff is from the London Sessions. Each side of the LP featured on artist, i.e. Wolf had one side, Muddy was on the other.
