For a stock harmonica, worst one I ever saw retail was $52 for a Lee Oskar, and that was two years ago at a local music store.

I have an old hohner meisterklasse about 25 years old but I have heard that the MS meisterklasse is POS and they sell for $100

i usually pay about $56 for Lee Oscars around here (Greece)...and about $ 40 for Hohners..

$40 for Hohners sounds about right here in the States. But Oskars are usually supposed to run about the same.

Not a harp, but I saw a second hand Crate V5 amp in a shop recently for about 1600 dollars (they cost about 200 new). The owner got a little irritable when I pointed that out. Strange ...

and please note that i was told from the LO seller that Marine Bands are out of production....in another store i bought a M B in the key of B $40 and key of C $55...i don't know what to say anymore..

that LO seller was either severely misinformed or just trying anything he could to make a sale. as for the diff in MB prices, that's just weird.
