Just a random shout... if anyone happens to know someone selling an older harp commander.

A fellow Pittsburgh harp player is in the market....and i figured i'd scout the forum.

If so, feel free to email me.

Many thanks, and happy harpin'

Might I inquire...? What is a Harp Commander? Never heard of this.

EDIT: Ah. Pre-amp. Just googled it. Nevermind.

@HawkeyeKane
Check it out on Ron Holmes website: http://www.holmeseng.com/
I have the HCII. It has allowed me to use just about any amp with a harp mic. I also used it alot to just go direct into PA. With the tube amps I can increase volume to get the tubes to break up without feeding back. You can also shape tone with it. It will let use lo z or high z mics. It solved a lot of problems when I was on the quest for amp tone. I got a HG 50 and it was the ONE. It doesn't like to have the HCII hooked up. I found there is a huge difference between a guitar amp and an amp built for harp!

It looks killer. I'll think about it.
