The PowerBender harmonica used is the one Brendan had made as an introductory or beginner level harp as a means to introduce this tuning at a very affordable price. The video; although an impressive out-of-the-box playing of a new tuning, shouldn't be considered as representing the the tuning itself. I hope that no one faults the "tuning" for the experience Michael had playing this particular beginner level harp. I hope no one says to themselves, "that tuning isn't for me" based solely on this video.
Michael, the video was great. You stuck with it even when it was a bit different. My comments are NOT critical of you or your video. You are a fantastic player.

Slightly off topic, but I just watched your videos on your country picking harp. It's pretty cool. I was wondering if you gave any thought to using a tremolo or octave harp to add the extra notes. I know some players isolate the rows to get better control over bends. There is also a variety of harp (I think Suzuki or Tombo make models) that use a piano layout, white keys in the bottom row, black keys in the top) that would make isolating top and bottom notes easier while still giving you some extra holes to add bass notes in.
Unfortunately, I think the piano layout ones, which would be pretty useful for theory, are $$$. Oh well, maybe a tremolo.
