Following the 'heads up' from Andrew on the Forum I decided to get one of these from Harmonicas Direct while they were going cheap (in the UK at least) at £14 or 22.5 dollars (or a 6 pack of Beef Jerky) :0)

It's not at all bad, no rattling reeds. The reed plates are a little bit uncomfortable (like the Marine Band)but not bad. Three screws attach the reed plate to the comb plus one either side to secure the coverplate. The back of the cover plate is quite open but not folded back flush.

It feels a little bit leaky but I think that has more to do with the nature of low harps. All in all not too shabby.

Regrettably, and ironically, I'm not going to buy one. I don't have a Big River, and I'd like to have one, but I've already got a low D MB, and I don't really want a low E. A low Eb I'd have bought like a shot!

@Aussiesucker It's a bit of code I found on the Seydel website (they had this little critter roaming across their home page and I found the code on their page source - At first if you clicked on it it would direct you to another one of their pages - neat) and I've just pasted in this post.
