Is it only me that gets visited by the harp fairy who steals one of your harps and hides it. The latest one to go missing is my Seydel in C. Good job I've got other C harps's really.
Where do they go to?............the same place as all the odd socks perhaps. It'll turn up in a few weeks or so in a place that I absolutely did not put it.

Not just harps. Over a year ago the harp fairy decided to branch out and took my lone wolf harp tone pedal. I still haven't replaced it because as soon as I do, the original will show up! ---------- Ozark Rich

Yeah, my MB deluxe in A went AWOL for about 6 months, then I found it again.
My DVDs of Twin Peaks season 1, Mr Hulot's Holiday, Sexy Beast and two others that I've forgotten were on the cupboard at my gf's father's house, then when he died two years ago, she turned the whole house upside down, and there's no way I can find those damn DVDs, but I found a stainless steel salad bowl of mine in her shed this weekend that she's had for more than 10 years! So maybe those DVDs will turn up! I don't want to buy new ones. ---------- Andrew, gentleman of leisure, noodler extraordinaire.

I think the harp fairy lives with the studio monkey who takes all the cables I meticulously coil at the end gigs and tangles them all together in a big knot of electric string.

My mother in law reckons the odd socks mate in the laundry and turn into wire coathangers.

MrV, I know that monkey. Also, when you've checked every cable and tightened every screw before a gig, he goes through them all and loosens one screw to give you an intermittent fault. ---------- Andrew, gentleman of leisure, noodler extraordinaire.

When I read the title to this thread I though " Great, a Harp fairy! Maybe the harp fairy comes at night and leaves you awesome harp gear!". But, no. This is no fairy at all. More like a harp troll or something.

The harp fairy is always on Ebay outbidding me. Just when I think I have a sweet Silvertone 1482 or mis-posted bullet mic that I think no one is watching, the harp fairy snatches it from me at the last minute.
Wait, the harp fairy is you guys... You suck harp fairies! Stay off Ebay!
