Hi! When my dad was in Iran he bought a harmonica to give to me as a gift. I have never seen anything like it, it is very cheap looking (he bought it for 150SEK, that's about $20) and has 24 holes and a "chromatic button" on the right which you all know how those work. All 24 holes are placed besides eachother so there's no 2nd "level".
looks like this: http://images.madeinchina.com/p/683/5212683/Stainless-Steel-24-Hole-Chromatic-Harmonica-SKU_5212683.bak.jpg
does anyone know how to play these? I seem to be able to find notes for almost any song I try to play but I don't find any tabs for them anywhere.

To me, this looks too long to be a 16-hole.. don't see a button though: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Wihp8p77izA/Sgc-nH6FgxI/AAAAAAAAAKA/zdaz5WMlKZE/s320/Smith.jpg

I can't see inside the holes from that angle. There is a type of chromatic that puts the reeds side to side instead of stacking them. I've only taken one chromatic apart though, so I'm not real good at spotting things. Do you have a more head on pic of it?

I have one of these. Mine is tuned the same way as a standard 12-hole chromatic, but the blow and draw holes are separate. Tab for a 12-hole chromatic applies to successive pairs of holes. Hope this helps :-)
