Richard Sleigh gives some good advice on getting good tone.

I am fairly undisciplined, flitting from shiny thing to shiny thing. have been doing a few minutes a day of practice and swear my tone has improved after a few sessions.

Interesting (but not surprising I guess) how breath support for the harp come from the same place as singing, the old diaphragm.
