I try to avoid using this forum as a place to flack my own gigs, but I've got an unusually full week in mid-March and I've just added a gig that is personally exciting to me: Mr. Gip's Juke Joint, in the hills of Bessemer, Alabama. Satan and Adam played there; this time I'll do one set by myself, tag-teaming with Debbie Bond.
Here's my gig list for that week. If you're in the vicinity, please say Hi:
3/13/11: Atlanta, GA - house party
3/14/11: Raleigh, NC - Deep South The Bar (Gussow one-man band, 2 sets, 9-11 PM)
3/15/11: Chapel Hill, NC - The James Hutchins Lecture at UNC / Chapel Hill (4 PM)
3/16/11: Richmond, VA - The Triple (w/The Shockoe Bottom Boys - bluegrass meets blues!)
3/17/11: Williamsburg, VA - Virginia Harmonica Festival (evening jam session with Todd Parrott)
3/18/11: Williamsburg, VA - Virginia Harmonica Festival (workshops, jam session, performance; with Dennis Gruenling, Todd Parrott, Richard Hunter)
3/19/11: Bessemer, AL - Mr. Gip's Juke Joint (Gussow one-man band; one set between sets by Debbie Bond Band)

Glad you like Gip's, Adam. It's a very cool spot.
My band is playing there this weekend. It's our second time there and it is just about the coolest place on earth.
