Hello, I would really love to figure out the lyrics to the Charlie Musselwhite song "Chan Chan (Charlie's Blues)" from the Continental Drifter album. Google has failed me. Any spanish speaker that can help me out?
Do you have the lyrics in print (something you could copy and paste here) or would the song need to be listened to and transcribed from there? ---------- The more I learn about harmonica, the more I learn how much more there is to learn.

You're welcome. BTW, here's the search string I used in Google: Eliades Ochoa and Cuarteto Patria chan chan lyrics
I am not 100% confident in some of the translation given: "The love I have for you is something I cannot deny. I drool all over. I cannot help it" It works though... LOL. ---------- The more I learn about harmonica, the more I learn how much more there is to learn.

Yeah I figured. As soon as I heard this song, it was decided between my and my guitarist that we have to cover it. Man, what a beautiful song.. What Charlie does is so simplistic yet it sounds so freaking pretty! I'm off to practice :)
BTW, here is the version I was listening to. No CM but all of the lyrics. (I used to volunteer doing IT work in a Hispanic book store/art gallery/museum ["cultural center"] and I am familiar with Eliades Ochoa and a ton of other music that I otherwise would have never been exposed to.) They had music blasting day and night. Live on Friday and Saturday nights.
