Use the forum search and you'll find lots of discussions on the ideal harp amp.
In answer to your question, If you get the Delta Blues 210 you can get some great tone from it because of the 10" Speakers and 30 watt output. The EQ provided also allows for great tone adjustments. If you go for the 15" speaker you'll struggle to get the blues tone, but it will be clean.
I have played through one ( the 210 that is) and am looking for a good used one to compliment my Peavey gutiar amp, but I like the Peavey products anyway so I may be a bit biased.
Good Luck.

i can vouch for the 2 10 model, used one for a couple of years and liked it a lot. the above features along with reverb made it a good amp for harp. i used a gain cutter tube- 12au7- which tamed feedback well. it also had a speaker out jack which i used with a 4x8 cabinet and that worked well also.
the delta blues 210 is the best peavey i ever used for harp. had a classic 30 and classic 50 and never could get the tone and volume right on either of those.
