I am pretty sure this is on a Low E, and obviously a split octave. Yes no?
Is there a draw at all? From the noodling around I did, I could not duplicate any of it with draws.
(Although listening more, there sounds like a bend in the end so there HAS to be a draw)

Riff (Will auto-play)

Can it be tabbed out? Or just explained...
As Adam says "Let's break it down" lol.

OK, maybe this will be easier to play the sound clip:

Sounds like two different harps, low and regular, playing together. What's the intro from?

Don't have a low E handy, but on my regular E, an octave up, it is

2+/6+, 1/4, 2+/6+, 3'' 3
2+/6+, 1/4, 2+/6+, 1/4, 3'' 3

The last note of each phrase has another note, I think it is the 2 draw.

Lots of draw notes.

@Greg - thanks! I'll play around with that.

@ Ozark: it is an intro to this clip. It was a second place winner in a chugging competition. He mentions "a nod to Peg Leg Sam" if you search youtube for Peg Leg Sam there is a clip with a similar intro.

Here's the whole deal:
